What is the Simple Truth Podcast?
You can go to church, read the Bible, and still have questions you’ve never felt comfortable asking—or passages you’ve heard for years but still don’t fully understand. The Simple Truth Podcast with Ted Ross goes back to Scripture, walks through it verse by verse, and helps make sense of the questions Christians actually wrestle with.
You don’t need a seminary degree to understand the Bible, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you’re a new Christian or you’ve followed Jesus for years, each episode is designed to help you understand Scripture in context, get clearer about what you believe, and see what God’s Word means for the way you live.

The Simple Truth Story
In 2024, seven people from very different backgrounds started meeting twice a week in a living room to talk through the kinds of questions Christians often carry but don’t always feel comfortable asking. We opened the Bible, worked through foundational topics like salvation, forgiveness, purpose, and calling, and followed those questions through Scripture from Genesis to Revelation.
As the conversations grew, more people began asking if they could listen too. That’s what led to the Simple Truth Podcast—a way to share the same biblical teaching freely with anyone who wants to understand Scripture more clearly and grow in their faith. Our hope is simple: that these teachings help you the way they’ve helped us.

Every season explores a major Christian theme, and every episode starts with questions people actually ask. We work through those questions in Scripture and build the teaching around Simple Truths—short, clear biblical statements that help you understand and remember what the Bible teaches.
